Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests can be submitted through the Paddle receipt link, through the billing portal made available after purchase, or through paddle.net.

3. Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment provider, and the customer's bank.

4. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Paddle before filing a chargeback with their bank so the issue can be reviewed and resolved faster.
