Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Zernote is a transcription service operated by Anatolii Lakarov.
2. Service description
Zernote allows customers to upload audio and video files, generate AI-based transcripts, and review results inside a private account dashboard.
3. Account and access
Customers may need to create an account to purchase or use the service. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity performed through their account.
4. Orders and payment
Customers purchase transcription time packages through Paddle checkout. The available packages, prices, and currencies are displayed on the pricing page and during checkout before payment is completed.
By completing an order, the customer agrees to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any taxes or fees required by law.
5. Fulfilment
After a successful payment, the purchased transcription balance is added to the customer account and can be used for future file processing in the app.
6. Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. Customers must only upload content they are legally allowed to process.
7. Output quality
Transcript quality depends on source audio quality, speaker overlap, background noise, accents, and recording conditions. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may not produce perfect results in all cases.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the refund policy published on this website and the applicable Paddle buyer policies. Customers can request billing help through paddle.net.
9. Privacy
Use of the service is subject to our privacy policy. Paddle also processes buyer and payment data as Merchant of Record under Paddle's own privacy notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version published on this page applies from its publication date.
